Never. Laura's philosophy is that your result should be undetectable — you should look refreshed, not treated. She uses conservative dosing and adjusts at your two-week follow-up.
How many units of Botox will I need?
Forehead lines typically need 10–20 units. Crow's feet are 10–15 units per side. The frown lines ("11s") usually require 20–25 units. Laura will assess in person and give you an honest estimate before any treatment.
How long does Botox last?
Most patients see results for 3–4 months. Regular maintenance treatments often last longer as the muscle activity diminishes over time.
What's the difference between Botox and Dysport?
Both are neuromodulators that relax muscles. Dysport may spread slightly more and some patients feel it kicks in faster. Laura will recommend the right one for your anatomy and goals.
How long does filler last?
Hyaluronic acid fillers (Juvederm, Restylane) last 9–18 months depending on placement. Sculptra, which stimulates collagen, lasts 2+ years.
